If you really don’t want to buy the next round of drinks for your friends, you need to place a bet. A proposition bet to be more precise. This is the kind of bet that makes the other person think ones who can win, when you know that you are almost always going to come out in your favor.

Our fourth installment is focusing on a bit of mind games and counting on the other person to take eveything at face value and not really think through everything. I call this “Can’t Lift Me” though there are probably lots of other names for it! It’s a simple trick and great for a laugh.

Find your desired target, and  ask them which hand is strongest. Then tell them that you bet a round of drinks that you can put something into their weakest hand that they will never be able to carry in their strongest.

At this point they might be a bit confused and think you’re a bit crazy, no way could you do that! So, they’ll agree.

You then take the elbow of their strongest arm, and put it in their weakest hand. Congratulations you can claim your next drink!
