The University of Arizona or UA as it’s also called is the Torchbearer University for Public Research and is located in the Southwestern part of USA. The UA approximately produces more than 530 million USD in annual research. UA also happens to be Arizona’s only member of the very revered Association of American Universities.

The University of Arizona presents its students with a large variety of academic choices. There are several students who have the right to choose between 150 undergraduate and from about more than 200 graduate degree programs that are offered by the total of 18 colleges and a dozen schools situated on a total of three campuses. The University includes Arizona Cancer Center, Arizona Health Sciences Center, Arizona Public Media and American Indian Studies only to name a few from a vast plethora of educational subjects on offer here.

The UA offers many arts as well as performance programs and includes everything from golf, soccer, baseball, gymnastics and much more under its athletic and recreation programs. The UA has an excellent and well arranged Alumni Section and there have several luminaries who have studied here.

The most basic requirement for admission in the Graduate College is the award of a bachelor’s degree from a particular college or from a university that is recognized by The University of Arizona. The UA also requires a minimum GPA of 3.0 on the scale of 4.0.
